Pioneer HD Televisions
Pioneer HD televisions set a new standard of viewing in 2008 where their plasma TV range reaped a lot of awards and plaudits from all corners. Sadly, later on in the year they announced that they would not be making TV sets any more due to the downturn of the economic climate - this was truly a shame given how good these latest TVs were.
Many hoped that Panasonic - who they worked with - would pickup where they left off and it is still unknown if this is the case. However, all is not lost as the sets are still available to buy and until can be picked up at discount prices. It is well worth considering one of these cheap Pioneer HD Televisions as the pictures are stunning.
The Pioneer KURO range comes with a whole host of features, which included excellent 'black levels' which means the pictures look even more real - the black levels are a problem typically on LCD TVs which use a backlight so they can't get the color this deep.
